Yes - the NPV in the project appraisal is the summed NPV so you can use that figure. Changing the revenue forecast will update outturn KPI's - original will stay the same. An alternative would be to create a duplicate revenue forecast report in Pamwin and base all new shcemes/project on that revenue forecast and leave the old ones as they are.
