Why the amounts in Capital Receipts section of Appraisal screen are red?

The fields go red when what is entered on the appraisal screen does not match what is in the accounts for that category.
Here is a scenario that would make it red: Grant in appraisal screen is 500k - on accounts screen you have two accounts reserved for grant, one for grant (saying 100% of Grant) the other for DPF, which you've entered as a typed in lump sum on Accounts screen. Therefore the total on accounts screen does not match the total entered on the appraisal screen.
