Installed Locator on our server, click the button from Orchard Housing System we are getting "Warning: Locator Plus cannot find essential components". How to solve this?

You need to make sure you registered DLLs properly. You may need to do this manually and I would suggest that you use the 32bit DLLs and just ensure that they are in the appropriate location if your server is 64bit (https://raquelalineblog.wordpress.com/2013/05/16/how-to-register-32-bits-dlls-in-windows-server-2008-64-bits-using-regsvr32/)
